Fresh Haddock, Single Cut, boneless fillets.
Haddock is part of the cod family but has a slightly sweeter taste which is probably why it’s much more popular than cod in Scotland. Haddock has a tender texture and is less flaky than cod. Haddock is rich in vitamins, such as vitamins A and B12 and minerals such as calcium, sodium and magnesium.
Cooking tip: Haddock is excellent in pies or fish cakes. Try haddock and leek gratin for a simple, hearty meal.
