“Something a little different tonight, with monkfish wrapped in Prosciutto! The fish was from @thefreshfishplace in Falkirk, and it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re looking to try different varieties of fish!
I’ve served it with a red pepper and garlic sauce along with tomatoes, capers, cucumber, olives, parsley and chilli oil! Also topped with lemon zest and paprika!”
