Hello folks! Now isn’t this recipe a feast for the eyes. Our fantastic customer @aileens.eats on Instagram described her recipe using scallops and black pudding from the Fresh Fish Place as an “unreal combination!” “I got the scallops and the Stornoway black pudding from @thefreshfishplace 🎣💙 did not expect to get both from a fishmonger, but nice surprise.” To give this recipe a go, follow Aileen’s recipe below!
Scallops are just fried on the griddle pan – make sure it’s nice and hot – in butter for 1-2 minutes each side.
