Seafood curry with tandoori monkfish and lime and coriander rice.
Haddock, mussels and king prawns cooked in a curry sauce of Indian spices, curry leaves, curry powder, tomato, onion, garlic, chilli, spinach and coconut milk.
Seasoned with @sea_crack Black Hawaiian flakes.
Also made a little side of sun-dried tomato, rosemary and garlic flatbreads.
